Meditation for Peace

Today I wanted to share with you this meditation for peace and inner balance. This meditation is based on breathing, the source of life, the Prana of Eastern civilizations. It allows you to rebalance your energies and gain perspective, a posture that has become essential in this hectic world.

Make yourself comfortable. Close your eyes. Clear your mind.

If stray thoughts arise, let them pass (like soap bubbles—your thoughts are temporary, factual). When you feel calm, practice the following breathing:

Inspiration: Inspire life

Expiration: Breathe out love

Inspiration: Inspire love

Exhalation: Exhale light

Inspiration: Breathe in the light

Expiration: Breathe out peace

Inspiration: Inspire peace

Expiration: Breathe out joy

Inspiration: Inspire joy

Expiration: Breathe out life

Continue this way for as long as you like.

This meditation is based on five foundations (imagine a five-pointed star or blazing star): life, love, light, peace, and joy. Because while it may be difficult to change the world and impose peace, we can find it within ourselves.
