Having worked as a chartered accountant and independent auditor for twenty years, I then expanded my practice to include strategy, psychology, and organizational transformation. Working in the nonprofit and international sectors, I now support leaders and organizations in their development.

My career then led me to work for international organizationss such as the OSCE, the United Nations, and the European Commission. These varied assignments included assessment, project identification, organizational audit, financial and organizational capacity building, and training. I also had the opportunity to cadvisor to governments of different countriess.

The importance of humanity and the quest for meaning

Keen to place people at the heart of my missions, I resumed my studies in managementtion of public policies, then in psychology, specializing in transpersonal psychology. Since 2012, I have also worked as a coach, helping individuals and organizations to achieve their goals and find meaning in their actions.
