After confinement: a need for authenticity and transformation

conscience et évolution

We're entering a period of deconfinement, and the feedback I'm receiving from the various groups I lead is unanimous. Perhaps it's due to the worlds I frequent, but I'm sensing two powerful movements: on the one hand, a form of boredom with returning to "life before"—metro, work, ambition, success, money—and on the other, an immense need for transformation, sharing, and authenticity.

But what are these groups I'm talking about?

First of all there is theGaia experience, launched by the Presencing Institute, which brings together several hundred people from around the world around an essential question: how can we cultivate listening and intuition to imagine a fairer and more balanced world? In this context, I initiated a social solidarity circle, where we meet every week to experiment with other modes of expression and share our feelings freely.

There are also the solidarity coaching that I proposed, as well as my astro-psychology course, which have become real spaces for exchange, personal growth and mutual trust.

I was also offered to join the associations Enlightened leaders And Women from here and elsewhere, which I highly recommend for their dynamism and openness.

To stay connected to current research and debates in psychology and consciousness, I also take courses inAlef Trust and the conferences of the Scientific and Medical Network or even of the British Psychological SocietyAll of these networks build exciting bridges between spiritual traditions, scientific research, and inner transformation.

I would also like to point out to you the congress of the Integral European Conference, which is being held online from May 27 to 31 — a major event for anyone interested in the evolution of consciousness.

What do I remember from this period?

A growing need forauthentic expression, of reconnection to oneself, of understanding of his boundaries, of the existential questions on the meaning of life. A rediscovery of the spirituality, not dogmatic, but based on a conscious and chosen solidarity. A questioning leadership models, in favor of more responsibility, humility and respect.

No, it may not turn the world upside down tomorrow. But one thing is certain: this period of withdrawal has accelerated theawakening of consciences.

To be continued…
