In this summer season, a time of self-reflection, I offer you a series of questions about yourself inspired by Kabbalah. Each series of questions reflects the energy of a Sephirot and its underlying values.
For those who are not familiar with the Sephirothic system, I will give you a brief description: For Jewish mysticism, these are divine attributes most often represented in the form of a tree of life. On the psychological level, we will speak of energy centers whose arrangement structures the human psyche. Carl Jung was very interested in the Kabbalistic system and the Tree of Life which represented for him the transpersonal self, uniting the conscious and the subconscious. Each of the ten Sephirah governs a psychic aspect of the being: compassion, intellect, judgment, desire, .... I have indicated to you next to the name of each Sephirah the astrological and symbolic correspondences.
These questions are intended to help you become aware of certain behaviors and achieve balance between each energy center and among themselves, as balance and unity are key concepts in Kabbalah. Good work!
