Cycle of limiting beliefs

We all have beliefs, most often limiting ones. Some of them were formed very early on to adapt to an environment or culture. Created from emotions, they were reinforced by thoughts and words, and led to actions. It's good to question our belief systems from time to time to gain more freedom.
