Existential or spiritual crisis: how to deal with it

We all experience existential crises at some point. The most well-known are teenage crises or midlife crises. These crises are triggered by the realization that something is no longer right in our lives, that it is time to change and reassess ourselves. However, depending on the individual's personality, these crises can be accompanied by symptoms that can suggest psychosis.
But this is not the case, and it is important to differentiate between existential crisis and psychosis because the follow-up and support are completely different. However, psychiatrists are not always trained to recognize existential crises, and conventional psychiatric treatment can block the evolution of the psyche.

I hope that this video will shed new light on existential or spiritual crises so that those who experience them are not seen as sick but as individuals in the process of evolving.
