Today, I wanted to share with you this meditation for peace and inner balance. This meditative practice is based on breathing, the source of life, the Prana according to Eastern traditions. It allows us to rebalance our energies and take a step back, a posture that has become essential in our hectic world.

Preparation for meditation

Make yourself comfortable. Gently close your eyes and clear your mind.

If stray thoughts arise, let them pass like soap bubbles: your thoughts are temporary and factual. Once you feel calm within you, begin the following practice:

Breathing exercise: the cycle of the five energies

  • Inspiration : Inspire life

  • Expiration: Breathe out love

  • Inspiration : Inspire love

  • Expiration: Breathe out the light

  • Inspiration : Breathe in the light

  • Expiration: Breathe out peace

  • Inspiration : Inspire peace

  • Expiration: Breathe out joy

  • Inspiration : Inspire joy

  • Expiration: Breathe out life

Continue this way for as long as you like.

The Five Energetic Foundations of Meditation

This meditation is based on five foundations symbolized by a five-pointed star (flaming star):

  • The life

  • Love

  • The light

  • Peace

  • Joy

While changing the world and establishing peace remains difficult, we have the power to find and cultivate it within ourselves. This simple meditation, accessible to all, can help you achieve this goal every day.
