Preparation for meditation
Make yourself comfortable. Gently close your eyes and clear your mind.
If stray thoughts arise, let them pass like soap bubbles: your thoughts are temporary and factual. Once you feel calm within you, begin the following practice:

Expiration: Breathe out love
Inspiration : Inspire love
Expiration: Breathe out the light
Inspiration : Breathe in the light
Expiration: Breathe out peace
Inspiration : Inspire peace
Expiration: Breathe out joy

Expiration: Breathe out life
Continue this way for as long as you like.
